How to Enable Video Calling on Facebook

In this article we are going to write a quick tutorial on how to enable video calling on Facebook. Facebook has announced that they are going to release something awesome this week. That’s Video Calling feature. Video Calling is powered by Skype. In order to enable video calling feature, you need to install a Plugin.

Chat section is also revamped. Now you can chat with people simultaneously. Previously if you are talking with two people, You can see only the session on which you are active and all other sessions are minimized. But now you can all the sessions at a time.

How to enable Video Calling on Facebook

#1. First go this Video Calling page.

#2. Click on Get Started. You’ll prompted to select a friend who is online.
#3. After clicking on a friend name, you should download a Plugin which is required to use Facebook Video Chat feature.
#4. Install the downloaded plugin.
#5. Now open your chat list and Call anyone on your Friends list.

    Facebook has launched its video calling just at the right time. After launch of Google Plus most of the Facebook users have already started wondering and looking forward to similar features in their favorite Facebook platform. These initiatives by Facebook are only going to make life tougher for Google Plus.
